Can I park my car close to Villa Renata?
Yes, we have one parking place available for each apartment on our private parking spot. We cannot provide an extra parking place if you want to arrive with more than one car. We have two parking places available for guests who have booked apartment Bijeli. See where our private parking spot is located on Google Maps.
Can I park my car on the parking spot right next to Villa Renata?
No, our guests may not park their car on the parking spot next to Villa Renata. That parking spot does not belong to Villa Renata. It is private property of an other apartment block and only guests of that apartment block may park their car there. It is also forbidden to place your car on that parking spot even if you quickly want to get your stuff in and out of your car.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 02:00 PM (14:00). Guests need to check-out on their last day before 10:00 AM (10:00).
Do I need to make an advanced payment?
Yes, all of our guests need to make an advanced payment to confirm the reservation of their apartment.
When do I pay the oustanding amount of money for the apartment?
Guests must pay the outstanding amount of money in cash at the moment they arrive at Villa Renata. The currency that we accept is the euro (€, EUR).
Is there an ATM located in Povlja?
Yes, there is an ATM located in Povlja. It is also possible to exchange money in Povlja.
Do I need to pay extra for the use of Wi-Fi, airconditioning and for the tourist taxes?
No, the tourist tax, the use of our airconditioning and the use of our Wi-Fi network are all included in the price you pay for the apartment.
Are there towels available for use in the apartment?
Yes, we have towels available for our guests. These towels are meant to be used in the apartment.
Do you change the bedding of the apartment during my stay?
Yes, we do this on request and when guests are staying 14 days or longer at Villa Renata.
What is the distance between Villa Renata and the nearest beach?
The nearest beach is located at 150 meters from Villa Renata.
May I use the outdoor shower or grill or terrace from an other apartment at Villa Renata?
No, guests are not allowed to use facilities from other apartments. Guests may only use the facilities of their own apartment.
Can I bring my pet to Villa Renata?
No, guests are not allowed to bring their pets to Villa Renata.
What are the prices for the ferry tickets?
For information about the prices for the tickets and the ferry sailing schedule visit the website of Jadrolinija.
Can you pick me up from Supetar or Sumartin?
No, unfortunately we can not pick up our guests from Supetar or Sumartin. We are also not able to transport our guests from Villa Renata to Supetar or Sumartin.
